Did you set any resolutions for the new year? If you’re like most folks, they probably included losing weight, exercising more, saving more money, spending more time with family, and other quality-of-life issues.
Those are all great resolutions, and I hope you fulfill every single one that you set. (Some resolutions never see the end of January!) I’d also like to add some for your consideration, as fulfilling any one of these will create a healthier home environment in 2017 and beyond. They also might be easier to achieve than the ones you’ve already set.
Resolutions for your kitchen
Kitchens have become command central in many homes. Not only do we cook, clean up and eat there, but we also pay bills, do homework, assign chores, study and socialize in our kitchens. Given the amount of traffic and activity that happens in these spaces, they should be as safe, productive and comfortable as possible. Sadly, that often isn’t the case.
